  Good day, I am experiencing problems with my header. It’s coming up sort of transparent when its not suppose to be.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi –

  What happens if you use a different browser? Add a screen shot to your media library on the site of how you are seeing the site and I can make comparisons. Thanks.

  Hi bakingbargainsbae,

  I’ve looked into this and the transparency you are seeing is how the theme is designed. The site title and tagline are displayed over the header image, which is faded out so the text remains legible.

  It is possible to change this behaviour with custom CSS, but that is only available through the Premium and Business plans.

  You may want to consider adding the decorative text as a logo in My Sites > Customize > Site Identity instead — it won’t be faded there.
