‘Certificate is not valid’ Error

    Hello! From what I could find, the SSL should be automatic and is not something I can do on my end, so I cannot figure out how to fix this error so that it does not show up!

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    On what site are you seeing this error?

    We issue SSL certificates automatically for all sites hosted with us on WordPress.com, and your site at https://kylynnmowell.wordpress.com/ is loading correctly over https for me, without any errors.

    But if you’re perhaps using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider, we can’t issue a SSL certificate for you, as that needs to be configured on your servers at your hosting provider. So please contact support at your hosting provider directly in that case.
