Certificate saying it is expired but it has been renewed.

Hello, my site mywholewellbeing.com has a renewed certificate and sometimes I am able to go to the site and sometimes I am not. When I try to sign-in to make edits or write a new post using mywholewellbeing.com/wp-admin it won’t allow me to sign in stating the certificate is expired. I went to bluehost and made sure it was renewed and it is… I’m still learning how to navigate things such as this, any help would be much appreciated!

I don’t understand how that is possible? I’m new to creating websites, etc but this is where I do to edit, to post, to sign-in etc. I’ve never heard of Unified Layer.Now today I’m having a horrendous problem because I accidently deleted the entire code in my header.php
I just need someone to talk to on live chat on a forum. I added code to it and it worked perfectly. Then I went to remove a line I didn’t want there and it said it couldn’t connect to the php, when the page loaded everything was blank!
