  I try to change my pic or avatar and a huge box appears that prevents me from doing to. How do I change this? I used IE and Firefox neither one will allow me to change it.

  While logged into wordpress, go to http://en.gravatar.com, click on the “my account” link at the top left of the page and select “add an image” and add the image there. That always seems to work even when it doesn’t work here at wordpress.com.
