  Could I change ecotren.wordpress to another name even if it is in the server of wordpress? I mean if we can add something different behind ecotren. For exemple if we have registred ecotren.cc could i call my blog: ecotren.cc in the place of ecotren.wordpress? How?
  Another question: can we make a blog with domains finished in tel.?

  It depends. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/ Contact staff directly and ask before trying for any exotic domain suffixes.
