Chagning listed blog address

  Hi I have a slightly different question here.

  I don’t have a wordpress.com domain, I have been hosting my own at beejay.perthmatrix.com, however for akismet usage I created a wordpress.com account and linked that address to it. I have now changed my blog address to http://www.techgremlin.com, is there any way of removing the old blog as listed under my account and the new blog put in?

  Not without having it hosted at WordPress.com, if that’s what you’re asking. If you’re asking about changing an independent blog to an independent blog with a different URL yes, of course you can, but you need to ask about it over on WordPress.org. This forum is only for blogs hosted at WordPress.com.
