Chance colour contact form

  Hello, I have no idea what Im doing with this, I got someone to make it for me, now Im stuck :/ (I will learn at some point, but Im busy right now)

  I need to change the colour in my contact form from orange, to black, and then when you hover over the button, it turns orange.

  Please help someone, would be greatly appreciated.
