change a custom domain name to be a separate new blog

Under my account, I run two blogs. I would like to create a third. I have just bought the custom domain name but it is under one of my other blogs and I want the one I have just bought to be a completely separate new blog. Please help. I have gone all the wrong way about this. What a klutz!
