    Hi there!

    You have canceled your domain so it’s not possible to update anything on it.

    If your idea was to transfer it to another host, we can restore it so you’ll be able to do that.
    If you wanted to map your domain to a site hosted elsewhere, again, you’ll want to restore the domain and then change the nameservers directly in your site’s settings.

    Otherwise, you’ll want to wait until the domain is released and register it back with another company. Note, however, that this may take up to several weeks and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to recover it.

    Thanks, I’ve restored the domain.

    To transfer the registration to HostGator, please follow this guide:

    I want to say the domain is still a bit too new to transfer, but as soon as it’s 60 days old you can do that.

    In the meantime, be sure not to cancel it, or it will break again. Just transfer it instead, when you are able.
