Change a user's details

  Hi – as an admin is it possible to change other users’ details, including email and password?

  I have a user/role where I want to assign it to someone else who has joined our organisation, but don’t know what the original password or email address was for the user. So I need to change it and reissue.

  On our servers, no, because the username and password may be associated with other sites.

  If the user has an account with us, they can reset the password through email. Or, you can remove the old user and add the new one. Let us know if you need more help, and thanks for your patience!
