Change account currency?

    Is there really no way for me to change my account currency? I see there are a few forum posts of people asking for assistance to get it changed, and an admin comes along to change it. But is there really no way in the settings for me to just change this myself?

    Indeed, you are correct. The option to change the account currency by yourself is not directly available in the WordPress.com account settings.     I think its in CAD right now, and I need USD.

    Is there a specific reason why a user can’t change it themselves?

    And I’m Just trying to set up a little corner to show off my photography.

    No problem, we’ve made that change for you and you should see this upon refresh.

    This is based on territory and where an account was first created. We don’t think we allow our customers to make this change for security and legal reasons.
