  Our site is a group site and we need to change the admin email, and we did that, but whenever I try to click the link in the email it won’t let me. What should do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not sure what could be going wrong in your email program. The first basic troubleshooting steps I can think of are:

  1. Either log out of WordPress.com or make sure you are logged in as the blog owner

  2. Try copying the link out of the email and then pasting it into a browser address bar instead of clicking on it to see if it works that way.
