Change admin email

    I have been trying to update my email address for months now with no resolution. The email address that’s attached is not active and when I try to change my website admin email wordpress is saying that an email confirmation has been sent to my new email address that I add, but nothing is never sent to my added email address. I need help!

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Your admin email for that site is something completely separate from your WordPress.com username account, and we don’t have any control over the admin user account on your site itself.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
