Change admin email address

  I’m trying to change the admin email address, I go to Settings/General, change the email address and get the message “There is a pending change of the admin email to (email visible only to moderators and staff), but the new email address never gets the email to confirm. Please advise. Thanks.

  Have you checked your spam folder?

  Also is the new email address working when you just send it an email from a regular account?

  Finally it appears that your site is hosted on GoDaddy and not WordPress.com. These forums are only for sites hosted on WordPress.com. I think the forums you are looking for are WordPress.org. Here is their link https://wordpress.org/support/

  I would also contact GoDaddy support since it might be an email issue and not a wordpress one.
