  Hello,
  I have hired a professional WordPress developer to create my blog website. But at the time of creating my blog, he put his email as the email admin now I want to use my email as an admin email. But we are unable to change the email.

  Hi there,

  The staff can check the associated site in the backend if there is one if you are uncomfortable sharing the URL of the site.

  However, if your site is hosted on WordPress.com you can change your new email address in your Account settings:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  I have also added Modlook for the attention of staff, thank you for your patience while they get back to you.

  We need to know whether or not your site is hosted here at WordPress.com before we can advise.

  To clarify, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which can power your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  If your site is not hosted with us, our advice on how to resolve this issue would be different than if you were hosted here.
