Change Administrator

I am the Marketing Director for a couple resorts and one of our properties had an administrator for our blog whom has been let go. She is not releasing any info how to get into our wordpress account even though officially it is ours. We asked her to create this a while back, but since leaving on negative terms has been less than helpful in sharing some of our passwords and usernames. Is there a way to take back our blog, and if so, how?

You will need to contact the staff and work with them. A note, the email the blog is registered to is the key, if the blog was created under a personal email account you will have an uphill task as the old admin email would be needed for the transfer. I am sure however you are not the first group to have this problem, so I expect they have a process in place to resolve your problem.

This account is already working under a domain name.
