Change Administrator of a WordPress.com website

  Hi,
  I’ve this issue: one of our parishioner, now deceased, was in charge of updating our parish website. Credentials are therefore not accessible anymore. WordPress.come website backend is NOT accessible as well.
  The parish priest (legal representative of the parish) needs to give the duty to mantain the website to another parishioner. Is there a WordPress.com support that can provide effective assistance on this issue and make this change?
