Change Administrator on website

    Hi, our website is for a community running group ran by volunteers. As there is turnover of volunteers we have now got to the point that we have no active administrator for the website. Is there a way we can rectify this? Otherwise we will have to cancel with wordpress and start a new site. Thank you for your time.

    Hello,
    I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org. (Domain redirect appears as zen.co.uk and registrar TUCOWS, INC.)

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    This forum is only focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
