Change annual payment to monthly payment

  I can’t believe there is no one who is able to help here, though other issues are being solved quite quickly. I posted about this on the 26th and still nothing.

  My site has been down for 3 days now, and I’ve reached out multiple times, through the chat and here. I can’t even understand why would this even be an issue and not something the website owner would be able to change themselves as they’re paying? Surely it’s understandable that one would not willingly want to pay $300 if they’d had an option of paying monthly.
