Change Appearance of Page Title in Footer (Oxygen Theme)

  Dear Support Team,

  I wish to reduce the size of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy page title in the footer. It’s too large. I’d also like it to appear without ALL CAPS to look like this: Terms of Use | Privacy Policy

  Is there any way I can make the changes with CSS? I have the Custom Design Upgrade feature.

  Sure, how about this:

  #menu-tos-privacy-policy a {
    text-transform: inherit;
    font-size: 70%;
  }
