Change appearance of site title

  Currently my site title looks like:

  Dr Roy Lozano for District 4, Hawaii County Council

  I want to change this so there are two columns:
  First column:
  Hawaii County Council
  District 4, Puna
  Primary August 9th

  Second column:
  Dr. Roy Lozano

  Tagline: A healthy choice for a healthy Puna

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Could you please send me the link of the page on Lozano4Puna.wordpress.com you are referring to? and perhaps explain your questions in more detail?

  the website is “www.lozano4puna.com”

  You will see the site title as one long string. I want to break it up into two columns:

  In this case you need to add custom CSS code that adds additional text before and after the site title. Which means you will end up having three lines of site titles.

  Let me know which three lines you want and I’ll make the CSS code for you.

  Note that with this CSS trick will change the site title visible in your browser tab, showing only the second line/sentence.

  Here is the link to the home page of the website:

  I found someone who created an image that I substituted for the site title. I would like to know how to change the color of the menu bar that goes across the front page, which is now black to royal blue and for the side bar, also from black to royal blue.

  Is it also possible to change color of some parts of the text?
