Change archive from monthly to yearly tabs

  Hi I am using the twenty twelve theme and wish to change the archive from monthly to yearly.

  Is there any way to do this ?

  Hello Truebluefly,

  Not for the Archives Widget as far as I know, but you can do this using the Archives Shortcode that you can add to a Page and/or a Post and here are some links with more information about this/that:
