Change author name in permalink

  I am having the exact same issue as this user here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/change-authors-name-that-reflects-in-posts-permalinks?replies=13

  It’s not clear how it was resolved though – at least it seems like it’s not something I can change on my own.

  I thought when I changed my username, it would be changed in the permalink too but it still shows as audioghost. You can see what I mean when you hover over my name in the test post here:
