Change auto renewal payment method

I am the new librarian that is in charge of our website. The past librarian paid for our domain through her personal paypal account. She wants to make sure she is not charged again with automatic renewal. However, I can’t seem to figure out how to change the auto-renewal payment method. Any suggestions?

Hello there,
Please use the link below to add a new credit card to your auto-renew feature:
https://hickeycollegelibrary.wordpress.com/wp-admin/Click Add Credit Card, and follow the instructions given.
Alternatively, by clicking the same link, you can disable auto renew. Then, when it’s time to renew the upgrade, you will be sent an email to manually pay with whatever credit card you’d like.

Hey there!
I see the issue — because the past librarian is still the owner of that domain upgrade, you’re not being allowed to renew it or change the card.
I can transfer the domain upgrade to you, but do need permission from the current owner.
I am going to send you both a private email now. I do need to hear back from her with permission to give you ownership of the domain upgrade. Once that is done, you can adjust the contact information, as well as the credit card.
