Change automatic layout..

Could someone be so kind as to explain to my why all of a sudden the automatic layout has changed when adding new posts. I am used to writing my paragraph at the beginning, then adding the media (in this case photographs) underneath one by one in the order I would like them in, nice and simple. Well today I have written my paragraph as usual and then hit return to create a space before entering my photograph. However no matter what I do the images appear ABOVE the paragraph!! On top of this if I add more that one photo each new photo appears again at the very top of the post as opposed to below where I would like it. Why is it doing this? Have a pressed something? Its very annoying as it means I have to add all my photograph in reverse order that I would like them in and then move them down to write the paragraph. It also means if I can’t re-organize the photos as each new one I add will ONLY go straight to the top of the post :((((( Anyone know whats going on?
On top of this I have added two photographs that for some reason appear pixellated but ONLY when I have published the post. They are perfectly normal in the ‘posting’ stage. They are normal photographs just the same format as all the others I have posted, so why won’t they work?Thanks!! My head is fried!!

The problem is specific to Firefox 16 and upgrading to Firefox 17 seems to solve the problem. http://browsehappy.com
Another workaround is to insert images in Text mode, by clicking the Text tab next to the Visual Editor tab.
