Change Background Color of Textbox

  My site has some ads and sidebar widgets which all seem to be held in a div or textbox with background color of 007acc (blue). I looked in the Twenty Sixteen theme css and 007acc appears 26 times. I am not sure where I need to update 007acc to #fff to make the background of my text boxes and sidebar widgets white or transparent instead of blue.
