change background color to white on "my life" theme?

  I am using the “my life” theme, love it, but background color is greyish, and I need it white. (the background right under the text, not the one around the sides) – how can I change it to white? thanks! I have no css skills, but maybe you can tell me the command I need to type in. thanks!!

  Hi there,

  Sure! I think I understand what you’re asking for, and if so that wouldn’t be a problem. What you’ll need to do is log in to your Dashboard and then go to Appearance >> Customizer >> CSS, and then paste in this CSS code:

  #main {
      background: #fff;
  }
