Change background colour on Primary Widget

I was hoping to change the background colour of the primary widget on on Apostrophe 2. Does anyone know if this can be done?

You can achieve this either by using custom colors or custom CSS.
If you go for custom colors then it will help you to change the color of whole site not just the widget.

Please try the below code under custom CSS & let us know if it works:
.widget-area .sidebar-primary aside { background: #bfbfbf; border-top-color: #bfbfbf; }Please check all the pages & blog post on every device to confirm it is not impacting anything else.
