change background colours around image carousel
-
Hi,
I am using McKinley Theme for my blog; http://deepdesignstudio.com/
I have 3 questions;
I would like toe change the background colour around the slideshow gallery from white to black. What is the CSS for this?
Also can I remove the “date, uncategorised, gallery leave a comment” form the bottom? I have tired to remove widgets, but they remain.
Can I make my slide show auto transition to the next slide without having to click on the arrow?
Cheers
justin

Could you link me to an example so I can make sure I know what kind of slideshow gallery you’re referring to?
If you mean the Carousel feature, you can go to Settings > Media > Image Gallery Carousel > Background color to adjust the color between black and white.

I checked http://deepdesignstudio.com/ and I clicked a few of the pages in the main menu, but I couldn’t find the text you described. Am I looking in the right place?

This one is not something you can do at WordPress.com. Slider transitions are either part of a WordPress.com feature or part of the theme and the code is managed using JavaScript which is not something you have access to edit here at WordPress.com. Sorry about that!
