  How can I change the background (= set a background picture) for the WordPress login screen?

  Where is your blog hosted? is it at wp.com? If not you need to be asking over at wordpress.org I’m afraid. We can’t help you – we’re running a different codebase that we have no access to.

  No I host at at my own ISP so I have full access to all the files.
