    Hi

    Currently we have billing ‘connected’ to an account that is not an active account – it has been deleted.

    Now we see that our old ‘plan’ expires jan 31st and the automatic payment is off

    We have an account with billing information included. How do we make sure that you take money from the account with billing information instead of turning our services off on jan 31st

    Earlier this year, the upgrades associated with your plan were transferred to the account @eklundmaria. Since this account is now responsible for the upgrades, it’s important to ensure that a valid payment method is added to this account to avoid any interruption in your services.
