  the (email visible only to moderators and staff) address needs to be changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The email address in the account settings is the correct one but the billing address is wrong, how can I change that?

  Is the receipt being sent to the wrong email address? Generally, it is sent to the email on the account of the upgrade.

  What screen are you seeing the billing address on?

  the receipt was sent from Akismet – I don´t know if that answers your question.

  You need a WordPress.com account for Akismet. Akismet is a product of Automattic, the company that runs WordPress.com.
