Change billing owner

We need to update our billing, but might have lost access to the main account that set it up.
How can I, as an administrator of the site, change the billing info?
Our Jetpack Pro subscription expired a few days ago and we need to make sure backups keep working.

You’d need the owner of the plan to transfer it to you, or just re-purchase a new plan.
