Change Blog Address

  I am new to WordPress – when signing up my blog address defaulted to my email address. How can I change the blog address – I can’t access My Dashboard as I just signed up for the free account on wordpress.com .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your blog URL (address) and the Site Title do not have to be the same. The Site title and/or the Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General

  But if you want to change the blog address ie. the URL, then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  That option will permanently disable the address and you will not be able to reuse it. Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
