change blog address

  I want to change my blog address. After I go to dashboard, my blogs, change blog name, it says that this tool is disabled and to check back. its been over a week that it says that…when will it be enabled?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve been waiting a week for this to be working again, and waiting to tell friends and family about the blog of my upcoming trip, which starts in a few days, until I can change the name. Bad time for this to happen!
