  I would like to change my blog address and the blog is no longer available yet I cannot have that name

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If the name you want or is already taken you can try to contact the owner of that address (via comments or if they have other contact info published on their site) and ask them to transfer it to you, but it’s up to them if they want to do it or not.

  If the name you want has been deleted it is gone and cannot be registered by anyone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
