  For two weeks I’ve been trying to use the “Change Blog Address” tool and get this message:

  WordPress.com Blog/Site Address Change

  This tool is temporary disabled. Check back in a few days.

  When will the tool be restored? Thanks!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
