Change blog address

Hello, I’d like to know how to change my blog’s address from the current lilybalekwood.com to something else on wordpress.com? I have the premium upgrade and purchased a premium theme. I don’t have the new domain yet (I will use a .com also there, not .wordpress.com ), but if I understood well, I can move the premium upgrade to the new blog? Also, can I move the premium theme too or I have to buy it again? And how to do all these?
I don’t want to delete lilyblakewood.wordpress.com, just keep it as a free thing without any upgrades and premium themes, and move all these with the content to a new address.
