Change Blog Address feature not working

  Hello,
  I just followed the Change Site Name procedure in the Dashboard > My Blogs section for my former blog address of (aModernMomma). I change the site to (AmericanAmma.wordpress.com), and then changed the name to match.

  I chose “Yes, please permanently disable amodernmomma.wordpress.com” and “no” to “Matching Username?” as I didn’t want to create a new user, nor change my current one.

  However, this does NOT appear on the My Blogs tab. It only shows A Modern Momma, and when I click this link it goes to a page that no longer exist. In the My Blogs section of the dashboard it shows the updated site, but NOT the updated blog name.
