change blog address tool availability

  Is the “change blog address” tool going to be made available again soon? I am setting up a blog for my classroom this fall (I’m at a new school) and I need to know if I need to start entirely over or if I can just change the address and info on this current blog.

  P.S. The change my blog address tools and the change my username tools are related tools and both are disabled at this time.
