Change blog adress in the update

Hello, How is changing a Blog Address possible in the new update? if it still is possible. I did know how to do it in the old verision, but now I can not find the “change blog adress” anymore.
I take any answers as helpful, Thanks

If you want to change the WordPress.COM blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that, and the URL you desire must be available. If so, then you can change the URL by using this guide
