  I just registered with with wordpress.com. with a premium account for $99. My domain reads:
  sherrywigginsblog.wordpress.com I want it to be sherrywigginsblog.com How do I change it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can register a new domain from this page, if you already have the premium plan you should just be able to follow the instructions provided!

  I did pay for the premium plan $99 and they are trying to charge me the $18 per year in addition

  Are you logged in with the same account with which you bought the upgrade? Check here to see that it’s applied to the right blog/account if you have more than one.
