Change blog domain name

I have 2 blogs and want to delete one and change the domain name of the other blog to the one I deleted. How do I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I suggest you do that differently, to make sure you don’t lose the url you want to keep. Once you delete a blog, the url is not recoverable, even by your own account!
a) Export the content of both blogs, save them as backups.
b) Empty the blog whose url you want to keep.
c) Import the good content into the blog whose url you want to keep.
d) Make the blog whose url you DON’T want to keep private, so you still have the url in case you change your mind. Otherwise, if you’re really sure you want to ditch it, delete it.

Thank you! Okay. Someone transferred a blog to me, but it doesn’t look I have full access to change the blog domain name or transfer it. Does it take time to get full access?

Did this other person make you an admin AND transfer ownership to you? Or just the first step and not the second?
I think you should be able to complete all the steps I outlined, regardless. But it sounds like it would probably be best to make sure you’ve got ownership of the blog for the future.

How can I tell if the person actually transferred the blog to me? It would not show up on their “My Blogs” page any more, correct? The email they sent just said “Administrator”. What are the 2 steps you referred to above? I only see one where the actual transfer occurs. Thank you again!!
