Change blog from private to public

  I’ve tried countless times to change my blog from private to public but every time I go under settings to find reading it isn’t there. I have no idea what to do and it is extremely frustrating. I need to make my blog public, so if anyone knows how to help, I would appreciate it very much!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To change blog visibility to Public go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Site Visibility and choose option 1
