  how do i change my blog’s name

  If you want to change “Rey’s Blog” at the top of your site in the header area, go to settings > general and you can change it there. Make sure and save after making the change. You might have to refresh your browser to see the change on the page. Browsers are getting pretty bad about hanging onto and using cached pages instead of getting updated stuff.

  can you detail it a bit more after clicking “general” on the settings panel?

  You name the “Site Title” field from “Rey’s Blog” to what you want then click save.
