I want to change the name of my blog…how do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed.You cannot edit any URL. If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. What if I want to change one blog I have to the name of another blog I have..do I deactivate the second one then change the name? Is this possible?

You need to be crystal clear so I can provide the correct answers.
The site titles is the blog name. It is not the blog address or URL starting with http://

So when you say change name do you mean change the URL starting with http:// ? or do you mean the site title or URL ?

I meant both, as a way to combine both, but I’m just going to copy/paste some content and redo the theme. Thank you!

If you delete any blog URL you cannot recycle it and use it again. To export content out of one blog and import it into another see here please. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-between-wordpress-com-blogs
