  How do I change the name of my blog? When I click on settings, I do not see general. What do I do?

  Ah, so do you want to change the actual blog name, meaning the address of the blog? Or do you just want to change the Site Title?

  If you just want to change the title that is displayed on the header of your site, you’ll find the General tab on your Dashboard, under “Settings.”

  If you want to change the actual URL of your blog, see:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Please read carefully, as there are consequences to changing your blog address.
