Change blog name (under free wordpress) to purchased domain

  Hello,

  I created a blog with a free wordpress name which wasn’t exactly what I wanted as a name. So I purchased a domain name and associated my blog to this new domain name.
  The thing is, when I do a research on google with keywords directing to my blog, I find my blog under the wordpress address which I don’t want anymore. It is just by click on this address that the new domain name appears on the address bar.

  I tried to change the name of the blog in “My blogs” menu but the name I want is not available under the free wordpress name…

  Is this wordpress address still going to appear first in the google results ? How can I change this name into the name of domain I purchased ?
