Change blog post title in URL bar

  Several times I have changed the titles of various blog posts but in the URL bar they always retain the original title under which I published them. Can I change this?

  Thanks for responding but the link you gave me only deals with a change of blog address and I don’t want to change my blog address. I want to change some of the individual post URLs within my blog. I changed their titles but in the URL bar they still have the old title. Can I change this?
