I do appreciate your help, to my understanding on a volunteer basis. The problem for WordPress is that my experience should not entail a maddening process. This process will cause me to speak badly of my experience. Thanks again, I may give up on the thing.

I don’t find the experience maddening and as there are over 30 million of us WordPress.com bloggers, most of whom who set up our blogs without the assistance of hired professional help I think it’s safe to assume that only a few may feel as you do. However, we Volunteers don’ have any time to waste and neither do you. As time is of the essence and as I provided the codepoet link you can deal with this effectively and quickly. I’ll bid you adieu and wish you well whatever you decide to do.
